MyPass DRM is document-DRM pricing based on usage, not seats. Every plan meters one unit — the Monthly Active Document: a protected document that at least one authorized reader opens during the billing month. One unique protected document that is successfully accessed by at least one authorized recipient during a billing month. Repeated opens of the same protected document during that month still count as one active document. Repeated opens of the same document count once; a document opened by many readers counts once; stored documents nobody opens count zero.
Free covers up to 100 Monthly Active Documents at no cost, with no card required. Pro covers up to 500 at $39/month, or $299/year (36% less). Enterprise is custom-priced for more than 500 active documents a month. Every plan includes the core protection controls — recipient watermarking, expiration, device limits, print and copy rules, and access records — plus REST API access. Reasonable storage for your protected library is included; unusually high storage or delivery volume, SSO and dedicated requirements are handled on Enterprise.
